CAKEWALK  PROJECT ASSIGNMENTS:

·         Create original projects that are at least 1:00 minute in length, no more than 1:30.

·         Projects will fall into three categories:

1.      Drum Loop #1 – You will create a project that uses:

a.      At least 4 tracks

b.      3 tracks need  to be created by the STEP SEQUENCER and looped

c.       1 track has to be created by inputting a beat from the keyboard. Remember to use channel 10.

2.      Drum Loop #2 – You will create a project that uses:

a.      At least 4 tracks

b.      3 tracks need to be created by the SAMPLE CONTENT FOLDER

c.       1 track has to be created by inputting a beat from the keyboard. Remember to use channel 10.

3.      Final Loop #3 – You will create a project that uses:

a.      At least 4 tracks

b.      At least one track has to be created using the STEP SEQUENCER

c.       At least one track has to be created by using the SAMPLE CONTENT FOLDER

d.      At least one track has to be created by manual input from the keyboard

Save each project as:    

Drum loop 1, LAST NAME

Drum loop 2, LAST NAME

Final loop, LAST NAME
