REMINDERS
1. Students should have a good breakfast before arriving at PHS. Students should also pack a snack/small lunch to eat after parade.
2. Upon report time at PHS, students should immediately bring their instrument to the trailer and then change into uniforms.
3. Students are asked to bring dinner money. Students will have the opportunity to eat during the festival at the concession stand after our performance.
4. ADMISSION:
We encourage all parents and families to come and support us in the stands as PHS will be one of 11 high school bands performing that evening.
ADULTS: $10.00
HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS & YOUNGER / SENIOR CITIZENS: $8.00. Tickets are purchased at the main gate at entrance.

9:45am Depart for Somerset Berkley Regional High School
11:30pm Parade steps off from Somerset Berkley Regional High School
12:30pm Parade ends. Return to Somerset Berkley Regional High School.
1:00-1:30 Warm-Up – Show run through.
Food will be available at concession stand for purchase. Students may bring food also for lunch and dinner.
1:25pm Festival starts
1:45pm Exit warm-up area and proceed to Gate.
2:00pm Arrive at Gate to prepare for performance
2:15pm **PORTSMOUTH HIGH SCHOOL PERFORMANCE TIME**
2:45pm Return to equipment trailer to load instruments.
3:10pm Re-enter stadium as a group to watch performances and eat.
Students may use the concession stand for food AFTER we have sat in our section
5:45pm Awards

7:00PM Estimated arrival at PHS
